On March 10, the monthly
Town hall meeting was opened with a speech by CEO Min Min Zaw. Key
highlights included a video emphasizing the importance of creating
meaningful customer experiences, viewing things from their perspective,
and fostering kindness. The CEO encouraged treating each other like
family and highlighted the core qualities needed for responsible
microfinance.
New
employees who joined in February were introduced, and the CEO awarded
the Green Department Award to the Internal Audit Department for their
participation in the energy-saving campaign. The CEO also presented
awards to the Monghnyin, Pyawbwe, and Hinthada branches for their
outstanding performance in the month of March.
The
meeting also featured CSR updates, a Knowledge Sharing Session on
Korean language learning, and a Recap Quiz with active employee
participation. The session concluded with a Q&A session and everyone
reciting the Hana motto together.
