Q: How many times has your branch won the Best Performance Branch (Digital Payment) award?
A: We have won the Digital Payment award a total of five times in 2024, in May, June, July, August, and September.
Q: How did you manage to get your clients to use Digital Payment? Could you explain how you introduced it to them?
A: We were inspired by Hana's mission to become a Digital Pioneer and discussed this in our Branch Meeting with FO/IFO teams. It aligns with the organization's goal, saves time since it's not cash collection, offers convenience to clients, and helps prevent fraud. We decided to fully embrace it and worked branch-wide to implement it. During presentation meetings with clients, we highlighted the advantages of digital payment, such as saving time and costs. We also included it in discussions during Branch Disbursement Meetings. The FO/IFO teams provided hands-on training to clients about digital repayments. Starting in May 2024, we raised awareness and linked clients' first repayments to Wave-Pay/KBZPay agents.
Q: What are the benefits of using Digital Payment? Could you share your perspective?
A: The benefits include receiving the Best Performing Branch award every month from the CEO, which gives the staff a sense of satisfaction, saving time, and providing proper protection against financial fraud. Additionally, it serves as a measurable KPI for the branch. These factors drive us to continue focusing on digital payments. Thank you.
