C-Level Executives Conduct Field Visit to Branches in Naypyidaw

On February 24 and 25, Hana Microfinance’s C-Level executives conducted a field visit to three branches in Naypyidaw Region—Lewe, Tatkon, and Pyinmana. 

During the visit, they engaged with branch staff, reviewed operational progress, and assessed the working conditions firsthand. Additionally, they visited clients’ businesses to understand their current situations and challenges. 

Discussions with Branch Managers 

Throughout the visit, branch managers provided updates on their operations, openly discussed challenges, and shared insights on improvement areas. Key discussion points included: 

  • The need for disbursing new loans to clients. 
  • Challenges related to branch rental agreements and staff turnover. 
  • Branches’ commitment to reducing its Portfolio at Risk (PAR) as much as possible by the end of December 2025. 

Appreciation Dinner for Branch Staff 

Following the visit, C-Level executives hosted an appreciation dinner for staff from all three branches. Branch managers and employees expressed their gratitude for the recognition and motivation, stating that such visits encourage teamwork and dedication. They also shared their hopes for continued engagement in the future. 

Apart from meeting with staff, the executives also interacted with clients, reinforcing Hana Microfinance’s commitment to supporting both employees and customers while ensuring sustainable business growth.
