The "Learning Club - Words to Share" event for March 2025 was successfully held

On March 25th, the event titled “AI in the Workplace: Exploring AI for Business Success” and the "Learning Club - Words to Share" program was held, with Aung Zaw Latt (Deputy Chief Technology Officer), Aung Myo Linn (Head of Automation), Thiha Maung Maung (Head of Data Analytics) as the panelists, and Lae Lae Aung (Learning & Development Manager) as the moderator. 

During the discussion: 

Aung Zaw Latt talked about the origin of AI and AI tools, explaining that the concept of machines being able to think and learn like humans was first considered around the 1950s. From there, AI has evolved in stages. 

Thiha Maung Maung discussed various AI tools that could improve business productivity and how these tools could be practically applied in the workplace. Aung Myo Linn elaborated on how AI performance has significantly improved, discussing the strengths and weaknesses of AI, and shared some practical AI tools, analyzing their usage and performance. 

After discussing AI and its applications, the panelists delved into the challenges faced when applying AI in real-world situations and the important preparations that need to be made in advance.

Currently, the company is striving to keep up with the rapidly advancing technological age. The panelists also advised employees to utilize AI effectively in their daily lives and workplaces to increase efficiency. The attendees actively engaged in discussions and exchanged ideas on AI technologies. 

Lastly, the CEO expressed gratitude for sharing such valuable insights and emphasized the need to adapt to the ever-changing and competitive environment of today. The CEO acknowledged that, as a Digital Pioneer, the technology sector plays a crucial role in this transformation. The CEO also thanked everyone for their active participation in the Learning Club and the success of the event. The program concluded successfully.
