The Townhall of February 2025 was successfully held

On February 17, 2025, the Townhall Meeting was held, with CEO U Min Min Zaw delivering the opening speech to officially start the Townhall. Following this, new employees who had joined the office in January were introduced. As a special highlight, the CEO praised and acknowledged employees who had demonstrated outstanding performance during January. 

Next, the CEO spoke about the ongoing Energy Saving Campaign in February, discussing the benefits that would be gained from participating in it. The CEO then explained in detail the company’s revised Vision, Mission, and Core Values for 2025. 

In terms of performance, the Hinthada branch received the highest award for Loan Portfolio Growth Rate for January, while the Moe Nyin branch received the best Type (B) loan collection award. The Muddon branch was awarded the best branch for reducing the PAR (Portfolio at Risk). The CEO praised the branch managers and staff of the best-performing branches and also acknowledged the FO/IFOs who achieved the best Write-off Collection during January. 

Additionally, the CEO shared information about the January Learning Club program and the newly launched Employee Referral Program from the HR Department for all employees to be informed. The CEO also led the Recap Quiz for the month, where employees from both headquarters and various branches participated actively, with both in-person and online employees joining and answering questions. 

The event concluded with C-Level executives leading the group in reciting the slogan of Hana Microfinance, successfully wrapping up the ceremony.
