Our C-level executives visited the branch office to meet with the branch employees

On February 14th, CEO Min Min Zaw, CSO Mr. Won Suk Chang, CFO Mr. Byungseo Yoo, and Head of PMO Mr. Kwon Junho visited the Shan State's Offices at Taunggyi, Aungpan, and Shwe Nyaung as part of a field visit. During their visit to the offices, the CEO and team shared various organizational policies, regulations, and other business-related information. 

During the trip, CEO Min Min Zaw expressed his happiness in meeting all the staff at the offices. He encouraged everyone to collaborate in their work, to be dedicated employees, and to build strong relationships with their colleagues. Mr. Chang (CSO) and Mr. Yoo (CFO) expressed their happiness in finally having the opportunity to meet them and encouraged everyone to work hard, expressing their belief that success will follow. 

During the trip, the Korean Ambassador to Myanmar, Mr. Kang Kymgu, and his team visited the Taunggyi office as guests. The ambassador expressed his happiness in meeting the staff and encouraged open communication in case of difficulties. The staff members were grateful for the visit and took memorable photos with the ambassador. 

Following this, the branch managers presented the current conditions of the offices, and the CEO and team provided guidance on how to proceed. Afterward, three employees who showed outstanding performance—Branch Manager Nan Hnin Wut Yi Oo, Individual Field Officer Nan San Kham, and Cashier Thae Su Mon Oo were honored with gold-plated Hana Microfinance emblems, and they were praised for their excellence. Hana Microfinance's management team regularly visits the field offices to assess the conditions on the ground. They aim to improve service quality and ensure better delivery of services to the community.
