Q: What key factors are important for reducing PAR, and how should it be approached? 

A: To reduce PAR, it's crucial for a Branch Manager to be fully aware of the status of each staff member’s overdue clients and analyze their situations carefully. 

Q: What actions did you take to reduce PAR? 

A: To reduce PAR, we strived to meet the daily targets for PAR reduction. The BM held daily short meetings and weekly branch meetings to ensure we were working according to the established targets. 

 Q: In your opinion, what are the main factors necessary for reducing PAR? 

A: The key factor in reducing PAR is maintaining strong communication with clients. It's important to consistently follow up with overdue clients and ensure that field officers visit them at their homes.
