In the 20th Townhall Meeting, there are 456 online attendees
from the branches and 100 from the head office, making up nearly 600
participants.
During this town hall meeting, CEO U Min Min Zaw delivered
the opening speech, and CHRO Daw Thet Htar Oo introduced Deputy Chief
Technology Officer U Aung Zaw Latt to all employees. Then, employees who
traveled to South Korea from August 26 to 27 for the Hana Global Workshop
shared their experiences with others.
CEO shared the company's mission, vision, updates, and important announcements with the employees. During this month, we will honor outstanding and hard-working employees by starting to give out the “Top Collection (Type B) Award.” CEO U Min Min Zaw honored the Branch Managers (BMs) from Kangyidaunt, Naungdon, and Lawksawk for receiving the Best Performing Branch award. Rewards for High Repayment rate on Intervention were also given to the branch offices from Pyawbae, Yedashe, and Pyinmana. Rewards for Top Collection were also given to branch offices from Kale, Sagaing and Palaw. Additionally, attendees actively participated in the monthly recap quiz.
Besides, during this town hall meeting, the CEO reintroduced
the Whistle Blowing Channel, encouraging employees to speak out about
blackmail, fraud, and other unfair situations where they can complaints and all
representatives answered questions from staff members directed to
management.
The event concluded successfully with C-Level executives
leading the recitation of Hana Microfinance's 2024 slogan.
