How does it feel to be awarded the Best Digital Payment Achievement for October 2024 as an IFO (Individual Finance Officer)? 

I am very happy and proud that our Mawlamyine Branch has received the Digital Payment award. This achievement was made possible due to the hard work and dedication of all the staff members at our branch. I feel extremely proud of this accomplishment. 

 How did you explain and coordinate with the members to encourage them to use Digital Payment? 

Our Hana Microfinance Company is a leading digital company, and when it comes to loan repayment via digital payment, the members can easily handle their businesses without needing to give extra time to the company. This saves them time, and they can conveniently make payments directly using their own loan number to the company. I explained that this process is easy and efficient. We clarified how the loan repayments could be made through digital payment platforms like Kpay/Wave, step by step, and made sure the members understood how easy and secure it was to make payments. 

I encouraged them to trust the system and assured them that it was safe to make payments this way. In the process of coordinating digital payments, we focused on building trust and strong relationships between members and agents. We made sure to clearly explain the benefits, such as the service fees agents receive when making payments via digital platforms. Additionally, we addressed potential digital payment errors and provided solutions for agents on how to resolve any issues that might arise. We worked together, fostering a collaborative spirit among all parties involved.
