A: As the Branch Manager, I held meetings with each staff member at the beginning of the month, setting up a clear plan based on ground conditions to achieve PAR reduction. Additionally, I personally accompanied and supported underperforming staff in the field, helping them reduce their individual PAR, which led to the overall PAR reduction for the branch.
