We are excited to share that our May 2025 Townhall was successfully held on May 16, bringing together our Head Office and branch teams for an engaging session.
Our CEO, Min Min Zaw, kicked off the event with a warm welcome to all staff, setting a positive tone for the meeting. We were delighted to introduce and welcome our new joiners across both the Head Office and branches—an excellent opportunity for everyone to connect and build our collaborative culture.
A highlight of the session was our CHRO’s inspiring recap of her participation in the Hana Culture Global Workshop, underscoring our ongoing commitment to cultural learning and organizational growth.
We also celebrated outstanding achievements, with the CEO recognizing top-performing branches and exemplary staff members for both March and April. Their dedication continues to set the bar for excellence within our company.
As part of our shared learning journey, the entire company viewed a motivational video from HFG titled "Responsibility, Dedication, and Talent Promotion." CEO Min Min Zaw emphasized the key messages from the video, encouraging all team members to uphold and embody these core values.
Transparency and open communication remain priorities at Hana Microfinance. During the Town Hall, we shared updates from our Suggestion Box initiative, with relevant departments addressing staff feedback and suggestions.
The event concluded with a unifying moment as our C-level leaders and employees recited the Hana Microfinance motto together—a powerful reminder of our shared vision and values.
