How did you work to ensure the best possible recovery of write-offs?
We visited the members' homes and built good relationships with them. We discussed and persuaded them to have the willingness to repay their loans.
Could you share how you encouraged members to repay their loans?
We inquired about the members' business situations and listened empathetically to their difficulties. We offered words of encouragement and support. We also coordinated with members to determine a repayment amount that matched their income and followed up on scheduled visits to collect repayments.
