I am extremely happy to have received this award. It feels rewarding to see that my efforts have paid off, and I will continue to work even harder in the future.
How did you work to ensure the best possible recovery of write-offs?
We visited the homes of the members and held discussions with both the members and their family members. For members who were difficult to contact, we reached out through their relatives or close family members to establish communication and build a good relationship.
Could you share how you encouraged members to repay their loans?
We coordinated with members to determine a repayment amount that matched their income. Depending on when the members received their income, we collected repayments either once a month or twice a month.
