Myo Paing၊ Credit Advisor၊ Bhamo Branch
How do you feel about winning as a Type B department?
In our current challenging situation, we feel responsible because we have been able to collect the best possible money for Hana and have done a good job. The staff at our Bhamo branch are also satisfied and happy.
Can you share your experience of how you communicated with the team members and collected payments through the challenges and difficulties?
Since this area is a risk zone, I personally went to the team members in the city. I listened to their difficulties and was able to negotiate the amount I needed with them. For the team members in the villages outside the city, I asked about the situation in their areas. If there were people to meet, I either sent letters or visited them in person. I inquired about their conditions as well. If things were settled, I encouraged them to come to the office. The main thing was that I listened to the team members' difficulties and emotions with understanding and compassion, and then we discussed things. On our side, we explained the ways in which we could best help them make the payments, and since they were satisfied, they came to the office and made the payments. I am also grateful to the team members for that.
