How do you feel about winning the award as a Type B department?
As a Type B department, I feel very happy and proud to have won the award. I am extremely honored and delighted.
Through the challenges and difficulties, how did you connect with the team members and gather the results? Please share your experience Given the current situation, how do you feel about your team’s efforts in overcoming the challenges?
Our staff members in Myingyan have faced numerous challenges and difficulties. However, we built good relationships with our team members, and through this, we were able to encourage them to contribute more. Even those who were not willing to contribute at first began to have the desire to do so. We worked together and connected through phone calls to ensure we received collections. Due to poor internet connections in our area, we were weak in terms of digital communication.
However, our staff took the time to explain everything related to digital matters to our clients with patience. For clients in other areas, we reached out and completed transactions digitally. Thanks to the hard work of our staff and the willingness of our team members to pay back despite facing difficulties, we managed to achieve the results. In conclusion, our Myingyan area has been facing many challenges and dangers, and we didn’t expect to win an award under such circumstances. However, because of the hard work of our staff and the willingness of our clients to give back, I am extremely grateful. On behalf of our staff, I would like to express my heartfelt thanks.
