Q: As a Type B branch recognized for top collections, could you share a few words on this achievement?
A: I’m delighted to be recognized in this way, both personally and on behalf of our branch staff.
Q: In facing various challenges, could you share your experience on how you communicated with clients and achieved these collections?
A: The main credit goes to the dedication of our two Field Officers (FOs) here. My role was mainly to provide support as needed. The relationship built between staff and clients was essential, along with the patience to engage empathetically. We make sure to explain that our company doesn’t enforce collections aggressively, emphasizing instead that they repay when they’re able. For every client we could reach, we called when possible, and even if there was no phone signal, we made efforts to connect via Viber or Messenger when WiFi was available. This constant communication has been key to our success.
