The Legal & Compliance Team has been conducting monthly awareness sessions related to KYE through online discussions with each of the branch offices. In the current March, the Online KYE Program was conducted with five branch offices in the Mandalay Region.
The branch offices involved in the March online KYE Program were as follows: on March 6, 2025, with 5 staff members from the Pyin Oo Lwin branch; on March 7, 2025, with 10 staff members from the Ma Hlaing branch and 15 staff members from the Myitta branch; on March 19, 2025, with 15 staff members from the Wan Twin branch; and on March 24, 2025, with 19 staff members from the Pyae Pone branch, all participated in online discussions.
During the online program, the topics discussed with staff members from the five branch offices included:
- NDA Awareness
- AML/CFT/WMD Awareness
- CTR/STR Awareness
- Records Keeping Awareness
- Fraud Prevention Awareness
- Understanding Sanctions
- IRC Awareness
During the discussions, individual training and interviews were provided to each participant from the respective branch offices.
