Message From CEO Min Min Zaw
As the year is drawing to a close, we have achieved significant successes throughout the year thanks to the hard work, dedication, and unity of all our staff members. In particular, during the two-month period of November and December, we saw a notable decrease in delinquencies and an improvement in the on-time repayment rate. These achievements were made possible through the leadership of our supervisors at all levels and the collective effort and cooperation of each and every employee.
To continue achieving such success, I would like to encourage all staff to build strong relationships not only with our clients but also with other relevant stakeholders. I also urge everyone to focus on understanding and meeting the needs and wants of our clients.
As 2024 comes to an end, let’s take the lessons learned from previous months and strive to exceed our targets with our best performance. As always, I place great importance on the safety and well-being of all staff. I trust that each of you will value your assigned responsibilities, remain focused, and give your best. I wish all staff happiness, good health, and safety.
