The Operational Support Department is working hard, with staff from each department visiting branches according to their respective roles, to reduce PAR, manage the portfolio, and increase profits.
On December 10th, Daw Ni Ni Kyaw Win (Head of Operational Support) visited the Hlegu branch in Yangon Region to provide guidance to staff, including BMs and ABMs, on how to reduce overdue cases, increase new loan disbursements, improve client engagement, and maintain continuous communication with team members.
