How do you feel about receiving the Best Performance Award for Digital Payment in November 2024?
On behalf of all the staff at Hana, I am extremely pleased and proud.
How did you contribute to making digital payment and team members' repayments as successful as possible?
1. I also shared the challenges that may be encountered when paying with cash.
2. I explained the advantages of Digital Pay to staff and members who are withdrawing funds, ensuring they understood the system clearly.
3. Since Hana operates with digital technology, I clarified that those who pay using Digital Pay are also forward-thinking and tech-savvy individuals.
4. Since May 2024, we have been putting in great effort to promote Digital Pay, and as a result, we have achieved a significant percentage of usage. Because staff do not handle cash, they are avoiding risks related to money, and therefore, everyone has been making a concerted effort to use Digital Pay as much as possible.
