How do you feel about receiving the Best Performance Award for Top Income in November 2024? 

I am very pleased to be recognized for the effort I put in. 

As an IFO, how did you coordinate with team members to achieve the highest income? What did you do to ensure regular repayments? 

To strive for the highest income, I made sure to develop the most precise and detailed plans based on our actual plan and work plan. I maintained close contact with team members, ensuring that when I called for collections, I engaged in conversations that covered their social, health, and business progress asking about any challenges they faced, and building a strong and trusted partnership. For mature clients and clients who wanted to make early payments based on their harvests, I proactively made phone calls to schedule appointments and conducted interview processes within a month before the payment was due. This preparation and early planning allowed me to achieve the highest income.
