How do you feel about receiving the Best Performance Award for Top Income in November 2024? 

I am extremely happy and proud to have received this award for November 2024. This achievement was made possible through the excellent teamwork of all the staff at the branch. 

Why did you achieve the highest income? How did you manage to achieve this? 

The effort to achieve the highest income involved the FO, IFO, and CC at the branch. By working efficiently with their work plans and ensuring the quality of clients, those who genuinely used the loans in their business. I and the team worked hard to ensure loan products were processed accurately and disbursed as quickly as possible. During every branch meeting, the relevant BM and ABM provided guidance to the FO, IFO, and CC staff, ensuring that actual plans and work plans were implemented effectively. They also helped in writing and discussing plans and coordinating efforts. Additionally, thanks to the excellent teamwork from the BM, ABM, and CA in the branch, they helped select quality loans and clients, ensuring that loans were disbursed after thorough and best evaluations. This collaboration led to the achievement of the highest income.
