How do you feel about receiving the Best Performance (Digital Payment) award for October 2024? 

 As the Mawlamyinegyun Branch, we are extremely happy and proud to have received the Best Performance Digital Payment award for October 2024. This achievement was made possible thanks to the hard work and efforts of all the staff at our branch. We truly deserve this award, and it makes us very proud.

How did you encourage your team to achieve the highest repayment through Digital Payment? 

One of Hana's missions is to become a digital pioneer, and I made this mission a priority for my branch. I regularly discussed and presented it at branch meetings with FO/IFO/CC members. A key part of Hana’s strategy is that, since it's not cash collection, it saves time and ensures cash safety, while also preventing fraud effectively. I also focused on providing the necessary technology to help our team members use Digital Payment more widely. Through branch meetings, we coordinated and discussed these points for branch-wide efforts. In meetings with team members in various villages, such as Presentation Meetings and Marketing Meetings, 

I emphasized the benefits of repaying loans via Digital Payment, which saves time and money, and ensures our business operations continue smoothly. These points were discussed as advantages in repayment processes. During Branch Disbursement Meetings, I also gave presentations and explained in detail the process of loan repayments through Digital Payment. I worked to make the process as clear and accurate as possible. To ensure that loan repayments via Digital Payment were easier and more consistent, I established strong, trustworthy relationships with Wave Pay and Kpay Agents, as well as with our team. I also explained in detail the benefits of service fees received from the digital payment transactions at agent shops. 

If any errors occurred during digital payment transactions, I provided clear instructions on how agents could resolve these issues. By implementing these strategies, I successfully ensured that loan repayments through Digital Payment were maximized, achieving the best performance possible.
