On October 10, the L&D Department hosted an inspiring Learning Club event featuring a distinguished panel of experts: Phone Myint Khaing, Head of Communications; Phyu Phyu Zaw, Head of ICT; Nanda Htun Htun, Regional Manager; and Zin Min Htun, Regional Manager, moderated by Lae Lae Aung, L&D Manager.
We were honored to have our CEO, Min Min Zaw, join us online, while our CHRO, Thet Htar Oo, attended in person. The event centered on insights from the Hana Culture Global Workshop, with a strong emphasis on sharing HFG culture among staff from our global network. The Head of ICT highlighted exciting advancements in digitalization for loan processes in Korea, while the Head of Communications shared valuable insights from a meeting with the Hana Group CEO.
The Group CEO encouraged Myanmar staff and all Hana employees, emphasizing that everyone is a valuable asset to Hana. Regional Managers discussed the Customer Services Leader Program and ongoing branding initiatives, while another Regional Manager provided practical tips on enhancing credit processes and fostering collaboration with institutions. We wrapped up with a dynamic Q&A session, allowing participants to engage directly with our speakers. Overall, it was a highly valuable event that enriched our employees with knowledge and experiences, paving the way for future growth!
