Hana Microfinance Holds Onboarding Program for New Employees in September

On September 12 and 13, Hana Microfinance organized an Onboarding Program (Batch 9) at the Yangon headquarters for newly recruited staff. The two-day program aimed to help the new employees understand and familiarize themselves with the company's processes and workflows.


A total of seven employees participated in the program, including four Call Officers, one Internal Auditor, one System Analysis Manager, and one Communication Officer. As a gesture of welcome, each new employee was presented with a welcome gift.

During the program, the company's vision, mission, and strategic goals were introduced, along with an overview of the company culture and expectations regarding discipline and performance. The participants were also briefed on company policies and regulations.

CFO Mr. Yoo and CHRO Daw Thet Thar Oo took the opportunity to share insights into the history of Hana Microfinance, the reasons behind their decision to join the company, and expressed gratitude to the new employees for becoming part of the Hana family.

In addition, representatives from the Audit Team discussed auditing procedures, while the HR Officer (Compliance) introduced the company’s policies to ensure the new staff understood and could adhere to them. The DX Division also provided an in-depth presentation on the crucial role of ICT in driving the company’s digital transformation. Furthermore, the SIT Team shared details on efforts to reduce fraud and financial misconduct, as well as the company’s whistleblowing procedure.

Hana Microfinance continues to recruit talented employees to provide the necessary support for achieving the company’s overall targets.
