The Townhall For January 2025 was Successfully held

On January 17th, the Townhall meeting was held, with CEO Min Min Zaw delivering the opening remarks and officially starting the Townhall. Following that, employees from various branches that had joined Hana in December were introduced. As the new year of 2025 began, CEO of Hana Financial Group, Mr. Young Joo Ham, and CEO of Hana Capital, Mr. Kim Yong Suk, sent their New Year's greetings, which were read out by the CEO on behalf of the employees at the headquarters and branches. 

The CEO then introduced the company’s vision, mission, and core values, which had been revised for 2025, and explained each point in detail. The Best Performing Branches for December were the Nyaungdon, Lawksawk, and Einme branches. The branches with the greatest reduction in PAR in December were the Monghnyin, Paung, and Yamethin branches. The Type B (Top Collection) award went to the Monghnyin, Myingyan, and Myitkyina branches. At the end of the year in December, the Best Branches of the Year awards went to the Mawlamyine Kyun, Sarbutaung, and Lewe branches. 

The CEO, Min Min Zaw, expressed his appreciation and congratulations to the BM, ABM, and branch staff for their hard work that led to these awards. In addition to these awards, the CEO also praised the recipients of the FO/IFO of the Year awards and the staff from branches with the best write-off collections in December. In the CSR category for the year, the CEO gave special recognition to the collective blood donation effort made by all Hana employees, calling it a wonderful example of team spirit. The CEO then led a recap quiz session with the employees at the headquarters and various branches, where employees both on site and online actively participated and answered the questions. The event concluded successfully with C-level leaders leading a collective recitation of Hana Microfinance’s slogan.
