How do you feel about receiving the award as the Type B branch?
As the Type B branch, we are extremely happy and delighted to receive the Collection award.
Could you share your experience on how you communicated with the team and collected despite the challenges you faced?
Sure! Given the current economic and social challenges in our Myingyan city area, the excellent management and coordination of our BM, the commitment of our staff, and the long-term relationships we have built with our clients were all key factors that contributed to us receiving this award. At our Myingyan branch, our staff members, including our brothers and sisters, always keep a keen eye on the environment and always think about the 3S approach (Safety, Service, and Satisfaction). Prioritizing safety and focusing on the 3 Ps (People, Product, and Process), they made collections effectively. Even members who had moved to other towns were contacted by phone, and we consistently supported them to ensure they could make digital payments, which also helped increase our collections.
The willingness of our members to repay their loans reflects their respect for the staff and their love and appreciation for the company. I believe this desire to repay loans contributed to us receiving this award. In conclusion, as the Myingyan branch, we are very pleased to have received an unexpected award amidst the challenges. I would like to express my gratitude for the excellent guidance from our BM, the hard work of our dedicated staff, and the willingness of our members to repay their loans, which has made this achievement possible. We are truly honored and happy.
