I am very happy and honored to have received the Best Cost Income Ratio award for two consecutive months.
How did you manage to keep expenses to a minimum?
To minimize expenses, I made sure to only use what was necessary and avoid unnecessary spending. For example, when the FO/IFO staff are heading to the field, they sometimes take the same route to visit nearby villages together, which reduces transportation costs, like fuel for motorcycles or unnecessary use of petrol for the generator. Additionally, in other office expenses, I avoided unnecessary purchases and focused on using the minimum amount required for necessary expenses. These efforts in managing costs led to achieving the best cost income ratio. Thank you.
