How do you feel about receiving the Best Performance Award for Cost Income Ratio in November 2024? 

As a staff member of the Kan Gyi Taung branch, I am extremely happy and honored to have received the Cost Income Ratio award. 

How did you manage to minimize expenses? 

To minimize expenses, when traveling on field routes, if there are two possible routes waterway or land using a motorcycle instead of a boat helped reduce transportation costs, which contributed to saving office expenses and increasing income. Additionally, by managing office supplies efficiently and minimizing unnecessary purchases or repairs, I was able to reduce expenses. This allowed for savings, which ultimately led to increased revenue. Furthermore, by finding new clients, the increased profit helped achieve the Cost Income Ratio award.
