A: Being acknowledged as the branch with the highest collection recovery among Type B branches has brought immense pride and joy to all staff at Sagaing Branch (SAGN), and we’re truly honored.
Q: Could you share your experience on how you connected with clients and managed collections amidst challenges?
A: In the face of numerous challenges, our first priority was to establish strong communication with clients, facilitating collections through digital payments to ensure convenience. Secondly, considering the difficult road conditions, our team coordinated closely, planned routes carefully, and worked together in solidarity as members of the Hana Microfinance to meet our collection goals effectively.
