A: We have won the award six times in 2024.

A: I'm very happy. Since this was achieved through the efforts of all our employees, everyone is delighted. We're always striving to win again.
Q: How did your branch manage and control expenses to maintain a good cost-income ratio?
A: We only purchase essential items, and we prioritize buying reusable materials over single-use ones. Additionally, whenever something in the office needs repair, I personally take the lead in fixing it if I have the skills.
Q: Could you share some tips on managing expenses?
A: Before buying anything that isn't urgent, consider it carefully two or three times. We also manage our existing resources to make sure they last as long as possible. Thank you.
