Dear my colleagues~
We have gone through very difficult time that we’ve never faced before for several years since Covid and political crisis. And thanks to our Hana People’s seamless effort to overcome, I think we can finally make our company see the end of dark tunnel from this year.
By looking back what we’ve gone through in 2024, we have achieved many things like turning our monthly profit minus to plus from Nov24 and reducing our PAR and decreasing our internal incident and fraud cases and receiving CSR award.
However, we need to go further to make our Hana Microfinance excellent again as before with “One Spirit and One Team”. We as Hana Microfinance must need further collaboration and best effort to apply “Disciplined Performance” to every work to change our culture continuously.
Even for this year, weather is not going be always fine. So we must focus on securing and enhancing our core competitiveness, expanding our customer base, implementing thorough risk management, enforcing strict internal controls, and ensuring efficient cost execution which are all essential to strengthening our foundation. While rapid change may be difficult in the short term, it is more important to establish sustainable structures and systems with the long breath, even if progress looks slow.
I believe in Hana Culture here so “United as one(Hana), Hana Can Do!”
So we can Grow Together and Sharing Happiness Together!
