In January 2025, our Dy. COO Than Zin and Dy. CTO U Aung Zaw Latt personally visited the Lewe, Pyinmana, and Tatkon branch offices to ensure adherence to the established business policies and guidelines.
During the visit, Dy. COO discussed the status of the Lewe branch office and the condition of flood-affected villages with the branch's BM, ABM, RFO, BFO, BIFO, CC, and CA staff. Subsequently, Dy. CTO Aung Zaw Latt engaged with branch staff to discuss any challenges or issues related to the Field App and Client App, as well as their usability and effectiveness.
He further elaborated on the intended benefits and usefulness of these apps for staff and team members, providing detailed explanations. Throughout the branch visits, both Dy. COO and Dy. CTO also openly discussed other on-the-ground conditions with the branch staff.
