How do you feel about receiving the Best Performance (cost income ratio) award for October 2024? 

I’m very happy for the Kangyidaunt branch.This is the first time We've received the award related to the Cost Income Ratio. It’s all thanks to my colleagues at the office. 

Could you please share how you managed to keep the expenses to a minimum?

For the branch, we only spend on essentials that are absolutely necessary. We make sure to control our spending, and for things that aren't urgent, we don't buy new ones. We use what we have carefully to avoid unnecessary expenses. That’s why I believe we were able to win the Cost Income Ratio award. Thank you very much.
